About St Peter’s School

St Peter’s School, founded in AD627, is located in the historic city of York on the banks of the River Ouse. The school occupies a large site within a few minutes walk of the city centre and is easily accessible by road and rail.

The School provides a unique and historic venue for functions and events. Facilities and services can be tailored to meet group and individual need outside of term time:

• Extensive indoor and outdoor sports facilities for training, matches, summer camps, fixtures and events;
• Conference, training, meeting, teaching and seminar facilities for up to 300;
• Residential accommodation available during July and August;
• Catering available for lunches, dinners, functions and events from 10 to 300;
• Formal and informal wedding receptions catered for.
